| Lauren’s classic tale of friendship and sharing, Big Bird Brings Spring to Sesame Street, was first published as a Little Golden Book and later made into a Little Golden Book video.
It also appeared in Storyland: 40 of the Best Little Golden Books Ever Published and the series On My Way With Sesame Street and it was included in a collection of 12 Favorite Sesame Street Little Golden Books.
In 2000, Random House published Big Bird Brings Spring To Sesame Street as a Jellybean Book.
The Clumsy Dragon, a musical for elementary age children, co-written with Kirk Smith, won the Unpublished Play Reading Project sponsored by the American Alliance for Theater and Education. A selection from the play will be performed at the AATE conference in Salt Lake City this July.

The Clumsy Dragon was presented as a staged reading by Austin Script Works, in Austin, TX, 2003. The play will be performed at the Tongue and Grove Theatre in Austin during August of 2004.
